Ixis are looking for a PHP developer to join their office in Warrington. You can find the full details on the job description, but broadly speaking they want a developer with the usual technical skills (PHP, SQL, testing frameworks etc.), 2+ years commercial experience, and ideally some familiarity with Drupal.
Ixis contribute to open source projects, both through code and sponsoring conferences, and offer flexible office hours’to work around traffic and family commitments, plus a training budget. Of the people I know who work there, I haven’t heard any major grumbles or complaints, which is always a good sign!
